<h3 style=”text-align: left;”>Tony Watson II</h3>
<p style=”text-align: left;”>While playing overseas in Germany, his rookie season, Tony decided to start a YouTube Channel to show the players he trained back home which drills to do when he was out of the country. Shortly after, players all over the world found Pro Training Basketball on YouTube and started using those drills to improve their game as well. Seeing how many players he could potentially impact, Tony decided to take everything he’s learned in his 20+ year career and share it with the world through Pro Training Basketball.</p>
<p>Once Tony finished playing professionally overseas, he teamed up with Rod Middleton to open WNY’s first basketball training facility in 2016-2017. Together they grew Pro Training Basketball to one of the areas best training facilities for all ages. As Pro Training expanded, so did Tony’s coaching experience. He served as the JV Head Coach and Varsity Assistant Coach at Starpoint High School. Currently he is the Head Boys Varsity Coach at Lancaster High School.</p>
<p style=”text-align: left;”>Before Tony started playing professional basketball overseas, he played at the University at Buffalo for four seasons. At UB, he was the team captain his Junior and Senior year. During his Senior season, he averaged 11.3 points, 3.6 assists, and 3.1 rebounds.</p>
<p style=”text-align: left;”>Tony also set a school record for the highest career free throw percentage at 85.6%.</p>
<p style=”text-align: left;”>As a four year starter on varsity at Palm Beach Gardens High School, Tony played for his father, Tony Watson. His best season individually was his junior year; averaging 24.3 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 9.2 assists. He also collected a number of accolades as well: 4x All-Conference, 3x 1st Team All-Area, and 2x 2nd Team All-State.</p>

<h3 style=”text-align: left;”>Rod Middleton</h3>
<p style=”text-align: left;”>Rod Middleton’s background and experience comes from 7+ years of playing basketball at the collegiate level and professionally, coupled with 5+ years of Strength Training Development and Conditioning as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM)</p>
<p style=”text-align: left;”>Rod earned a four year scholarship to the University at Buffalo.  As a three year starter, he was able to fine-tune his skills and PROfect his own game.  After college, he went on to play professionally overseas for four years.  Which included: one year in France Pro A and Pro B, one year in Germany and two years in England for the Worcester Wolves.</p>
<p style=”text-align: left;”>After his freshman and sophomore year at the University at Buffalo, Rod underwent two back surgeries.  These injuries forever shaped his life and taught him the importance of taking care of his body.  Rod was able to recognize the value in his injury, which ultimately guided him toward his chosen career path.  Once his basketball career came to an end, Rod knew exactly what it was that he wanted to do.  He decided to enroll in the National Academy of Sports Medicine training program where he would later become a Certified Personal Trainer.  Before moving back to Buffalo in 2013, Rod used his NASM certification to work at XSport Fitness, one of the leading training facilities in the Chicago Land area.  From there it wasn’t long before he had the opportunity to move back to Buffalo.  Rod worked as a Strength and Conditioning Performance Coach at Proformance Sports Training for four years.  While there, he worked with hundreds of athletes and fitness enthusiast alike while building his personal training style.</p>
<p style=”text-align: left;”>With the knowledge and experience Rod has gained from training, he strategically partnered with Tony Watson at Pro Training Basketball. Pro Training Basketball offers Strength Training and Conditioning for athletes of all sports, as well as anyone looking to get in shape and stay fit.  No matter your goal, we have something to help you PROfect Yourself.</p>

<h3 style=”text-align: left;”>Breon Harris</h3>
<p>Breon’s hometown is Niagara Falls. Breon has 4 years of basketball experience at Daemen College. Three-time All-ECC. Breon played in 98 games and made 74 starts, 1,012 points, 344 rebounds, 237 assists and 185 steals. He is the only player in history with 50+ steals in three consecutive seasons. Breon ranks second in steals and 27th in points among Daemen’s all-time leaders. He helped Daemen to a 65-16 record following his insertion into the starting lineup on Dec. 31, 2017. Also contributed to Daemen’s first ever NCAA DII tournament appearance in the 2018-2019 season.</p>

<h3 style=”text-align: left;”>Arinze Amalu</h3>
<p>Arinze Amalu background experience comes from several years of playing basketball. Arinze Amalu is from Queens, NYC. Arinze played 4 years of high school basketball. Arinze’s collegiate career started at Cayuga Community College. In 2 years Arinze averaged 12.6 points 6 assists and 4 rebounds. He earned second team all conference and helped Cayuga win their first conference banner in over a decade. After two years at Cayuga, Arinze earned two division two scholarships, one to John Brown University in Arkansas and University of Central Oklahoma. Arinze decided to stay in NY and play for Niagara University. Arinze spent his last two years at Niagara University. Due to knee injury Arinze didn’t have the lustrous career he worked hard for. With the love and knowledge of the game Arinze joined Pro Training in hopes to help those that want to PROfect their game.</p>

<h3 style=”text-align: left;”>Jerastaysia Briggs</h3>
<p>Jerastaysia, better known as ‘Jerri’ is now our current Office Manager. She graduated from Niagara University with an Undergraduate degree in Sports Management. She is currently receiving her Masters in Sports Management from Niagara University as well. She gained an interest after participating in Club basketball at NU , and hasn’t looked back. For the last 5 years she has been gaining her experience on the management side of sports and looks to take on as many roles as possible. While joining our team she has been an amazing asset. While continuing to grow in her professional experiences, getting involved with Tony Watson and Rod Middleton at Pro Training Basketball has helped her development tremendously. When calling Pro, she is the one you will be speaking to and she is happy to help any and everyone PROfect their game.</p>

<p>We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Clients can cancel their workout free of charge up to 24 hours before their workout. If they cancel within 24 hours, they will be charged the full amount.</p>

<h4>How Young Do You Start Training?</h4>
<p>We have started as young as the 2nd grade. As long as the participant is strong enough and coordinated enough to do the basic drills and exercise then we will help them reach their goals. </p>

<p>Our group rates apply once 2 participants are in the workout.</p>

<h4>When Does My Package Expire?</h4>
<p>If you purchase a 5 pack, your package expires two months after the purchase date. If you purchase a 10 pack, your package expires three months after the purchase date. </p>

Tony also set a school record for the highest career free throw percentage at 85.6%.

As a four year starter on varsity at Palm Beach Gardens High School, Tony played for his father, Tony Watson. His best season individually was his junior year; averaging 24.3 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 9.2 assists. He also collected a number of accolades as well: 4x All-Conference, 3x 1st Team All-Area, and 2x 2nd Team All-State.

Rod Middleton

Rod Middleton’s background and experience comes from 7+ years of playing basketball at the collegiate level and professionally, coupled with 5+ years of Strength Training Development and Conditioning as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM)

Rod earned a four year scholarship to the University at Buffalo.  As a three year starter, he was able to fine-tune his skills and PROfect his own game.  After college, he went on to play professionally overseas for four years.  Which included: one year in France Pro A and Pro B, one year in Germany and two years in England for the Worcester Wolves.

After his freshman and sophomore year at the University at Buffalo, Rod underwent two back surgeries.  These injuries forever shaped his life and taught him the importance of taking care of his body.  Rod was able to recognize the value in his injury, which ultimately guided him toward his chosen career path.  Once his basketball career came to an end, Rod knew exactly what it was that he wanted to do.  He decided to enroll in the National Academy of Sports Medicine training program where he would later become a Certified Personal Trainer.  Before moving back to Buffalo in 2013, Rod used his NASM certification to work at XSport Fitness, one of the leading training facilities in the Chicago Land area.  From there it wasn’t long before he had the opportunity to move back to Buffalo.  Rod worked as a Strength and Conditioning Performance Coach at Proformance Sports Training for four years.  While there, he worked with hundreds of athletes and fitness enthusiast alike while building his personal training style.

With the knowledge and experience Rod has gained from training, he strategically partnered with Tony Watson at Pro Training Basketball. Pro Training Basketball offers Strength Training and Conditioning for athletes of all sports, as well as anyone looking to get in shape and stay fit.  No matter your goal, we have something to help you PROfect Yourself.

Breon

Breon Harris

Breon’s hometown is Niagara Falls. Breon has 4 years of basketball experience at Daemen College. Three-time All-ECC. Breon played in 98 games and made 74 starts, 1,012 points, 344 rebounds, 237 assists and 185 steals. He is the only player in history with 50+ steals in three consecutive seasons. Breon ranks second in steals and 27th in points among Daemen’s all-time leaders. He helped Daemen to a 65-16 record following his insertion into the starting lineup on Dec. 31, 2017. Also contributed to Daemen’s first ever NCAA DII tournament appearance in the 2018-2019 season.

Arinze

Arinze Amalu

Arinze Amalu background experience comes from several years of playing basketball. Arinze Amalu is from Queens, NYC. Arinze played 4 years of high school basketball. Arinze’s collegiate career started at Cayuga Community College. In 2 years Arinze averaged 12.6 points 6 assists and 4 rebounds. He earned second team all conference and helped Cayuga win their first conference banner in over a decade. After two years at Cayuga, Arinze earned two division two scholarships, one to John Brown University in Arkansas and University of Central Oklahoma. Arinze decided to stay in NY and play for Niagara University. Arinze spent his last two years at Niagara University. Due to knee injury Arinze didn’t have the lustrous career he worked hard for. With the love and knowledge of the game Arinze joined Pro Training in hopes to help those that want to PROfect their game.

Jerri

Jerastaysia Briggs

Jerastaysia, better known as ‘Jerri’ is now our current Office Manager. She graduated from Niagara University with an Undergraduate degree in Sports Management. She is currently receiving her Masters in Sports Management from Niagara University as well. She gained an interest after participating in Club basketball at NU , and hasn’t looked back. For the last 5 years she has been gaining her experience on the management side of sports and looks to take on as many roles as possible. While joining our team she has been an amazing asset. While continuing to grow in her professional experiences, getting involved with Tony Watson and Rod Middleton at Pro Training Basketball has helped her development tremendously. When calling Pro, she is the one you will be speaking to and she is happy to help any and everyone PROfect their game.

What Payment Methods do you Accept?

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Please make all checks out to “Pro Training Basketball”.

How Do I Schedule A Workout?

What is your Cancellation Policy?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Clients can cancel their workout free of charge up to 24 hours before their workout. If they cancel within 24 hours, they will be charged the full amount.

How Young Do You Start Training?

We have started as young as the 2nd grade. As long as the participant is strong enough and coordinated enough to do the basic drills and exercise then we will help them reach their goals.

How Many Participants Make a Group Workout?

Our group rates apply once 2 participants are in the workout.

When Does My Package Expire?

If you purchase a 5 pack, your package expires two months after the purchase date. If you purchase a 10 pack, your package expires three months after the purchase date.
