Our Rise and Grind workout is our way of saying thank you to everyone who supports us. This is a free adult workout every Sunday at 8am. It consists of strength training and conditioning along with core & flexibility work done in a circuit-style fashion. Workouts last about 45mins.

What Payment Methods do you Accept?
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Please make all checks out to “The Pro Brand”.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We have a 6-hour cancellation policy. Clients can cancel their workout free of charge up to 6 hours before their workout. If they cancel within 6 hours, they will be charged the full amount.
How Young Do You Start Training?
We have started as young as the 2nd grade. As long as the participant is strong enough and coordinated enough to do the basic drills and exercise then we will help them reach their goals.
How Many Participants Make a Group Workout?
Our group rates apply once 2 participants are in the workout.
